I have been writing product software for over 10 years, since 2015. Today I build a retail AI agent platform: I develop the product — multi-tenant SaaS, agent orchestration with MCP servers, RAG and LLM tooling — and I built from scratch the cloud infrastructure it runs on, ISO 27001 compliant.
Before that I led the platform of a fintech startup as Tech Lead, spent three years on the projects of WindTre's consumer portal as an Alkemy consultant, and six years covering the full lifecycle across every kind of project — CRMs, management systems, native iOS and Android apps, e-commerce — from ideation to release. Very different contexts, from a startup to a 2000-person group: I learned to adapt fast, and not to assume that what works in one works in the other.
Development is my craft and it is the role I am looking for. I learned DevOps out of necessity — when what I built needed to reach production, I shipped it myself — and it is now a concrete, proven capability. It is an advantage I bring to a product team: I know what happens to my code after the merge. But that is what it is — an advantage, not the role I am after.
